Ciba Vision holds contact lens conference in a 3000m² tented village

Once again, RÖDER fitted out the contact lens conference in Großwallstadt for over 750 participants from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The main tent was 25 x 30 x 4 m in size, with the seminars and lectures being held in six additional smaller seminar tents. The catering to provide sustenance for participants during the lectures and workshops was set up in half a 15 m octagonal tent with 30 m extension.
Planning was organised in direct consultation with Ciba Vision and the agency c730 of Wiesbaden, while the technology side of things was looked after by Sinus of Darmstadt.
