2003 Skiing World Championship (WM 2003) in St. Moritz

Tent landscapes for the FIS Alpine skiing world championship

For this year's skiing world championships in St. Moritz, Orgatent erected a complete tent landscape, including infrastructure, at an elevation of 2,200 m above sea level.

In all, 25 tents with varying sizes and equipment variants were erected.

Under extremely difficult winter conditions (29 degrees Celsius on the coldest day), more than 5,000 m² of tent space was covered. The VIP tent was particularly impressive; a large tent with a 30x85 m floor area, which was partially erected on a 9-meter high steel construction.

Inside the tent, the guests were treated to a one-of-a-kind view of the snow-covered winter panorama of the Alps of Engadin.
