IFW - Istanbul Fashion Week 2010
RÖDER Turkey covered the fashion fair IFW
The second Istanbul Fashion Week (IFW) united fashion in Turkey under a single (tent-) roof by bringing the leading fashion designers of the country and ready-wear brands together. The event tooks place on 3-6 February 2010 in parallel to the counterparts in the fashion capitals of the world, to showcase 2010-2011 Autumn / Winter collection. In the official opening ceremony in Santralistanbul, that took place after the press meeting, the opening ribbon was cut by the famous Hollywood star Meg Ryan and the Minister for Foreign Trade, Zafer Çağlayan.
Our subsidiary RÖDER Yapi Sistemleri erected a tented scenery at an area of more than 5.500 m², with a big tent 30x65m as fair tent, a big tent 30x40m as lobby and VIP-lounge, 2 big tents 20x50m for the 24 fashion shows along with additional smaller press, service and supply tents.
