At this year's World of Events, RÖDER Zelt- und Veranstaltungservice GmbH exhibited in partnership with RelaxxSolution, a collaboration that offers years of joint experience in the events industry. The aim was to show how high-quality mobile event solutions can be implemented in the 21st century and how they are every bit as good as immovable event locations in terms of fittings and sophistication. Indeed, since their location is adapted to the needs of each specific event, they offer numerous benefits - not least as regards budget.

Working together, the partners in the project take care of all structural works such as tent construction, decoration, heating/air conditioning systems, event technology, electricity and lighting. Catering can also be arranged thanks to the new partner Frankfurter Party Service.

Using the motto "Your event. Your partners", the group emphasises that the customer benefits from combined expertise in the field of mobile buildings. All interfaces for the respective structures are managed internally among the partners. This means the end customer has one contact person for all services and can thus outsource its own project management resources in line with its budget and without additional costs.
