Compact floor
One floor system for all tentsystems
The Compact Floor System is made for tents with 3m and 5m bay distances. There is only the need to change the left and right running beam, which are marking the bay distances. All other parts are for multiple use. So this floor system can be used for all types of tents.
This new patented and TÜV certified compact floor system reaches a top load of 500 kg/m². The loads will be taken down to the ground from the 21mm thick wooden board and the strong steel sub-construction.
The size of a standard element is 2m x 1m. Total weight of one element is approx. 58 kg. This is an ideal weight for a two people handling. For putting down, the boards have just to be connected one board with another, through special hooks. For the first boards special starting kits are delivered. For tents like octagonals, hexagonals and others there are special shaped boards.
RÖDER tents up to 10m width can be erected with this flooring system without staking. In connection with special weights it is also possible to setup bigger structures stake-free. There are only different baseplate headers. The lower part is the same for all types of tents. The two parts are connected with bolts, according to the profile type.
The frictionplate allows us to get a much better friction coefficient as for friction on steel only. The patented connection part holds all boards in correct position and fixes them together as one area. To tie up the tent to the flooring system the baseplate will be fixed with pins to the flooring system.
